Art Care

  • Full Acid free matting is available starting at $45.00 per mat (Based on Frame Size) *PPFA CLASS III mats used otherwise
  • Full UV Glass or Reflective Glass is available. Starting at $65.00 per piece (Based on Frame Size)

Photo Printing

  • Photo sizing & printing is available starting at $15

Approval Emails

  • Approval emails will be exchanged regarding layout and plaques. (Max of four emails per order typically required)
  • Each additional may be subject to a $7.50 administration fee.

Order Turnaround

  • Jersey Frames typically have a 2 to 3 week turnaround from the time all items are in hand* and layouts are approved.
  • Rush orders are available for an additional cost of $95.00 (Min)
  • All other orders have a 2 week minimum. Rush orders are available for an additional charge
  • Christmas cut-off yearly MID NOVEMBER due to demand

Order Drop Off

  • All items are framed as is, we do not offer dry-cleaning/ironing/thread removal (Jerseys)
  • Please note we do our best to display items, however many knock off jerseys are on the market; many of which have crooked numbers/names/etc., we cannot do anything to rectify these. Please lay your items out flat and check before submitting for framing

Order Pick up

  • When orders are ready you will be contacted. If your order is not fully paid for and picked up within 30 days of completion any discounts will be void and items will become property of Framed By Design Ltd. and may be donated to a local charity.
  • Frames should be checked before leaving our shop (while being picked up), any damage caused in transporting your items from pick up are not covered, although we can do repairs at cost.

Delivery/Shipping

  • We only ship to Commercial addresses *No Residential deliveries (if you need clarification please email us)
  • Our courier accounts: Fed Ex & Sameday Worldwide / Day & Ross *can drop off locally at Canada Post as well (jerseys excluded due to size)
  • We can deliver to many parts of Southern Ontario (London to the Downtown Toronto Core) Price is rated on mileage & time
  • We can use a courier company of your choice (with your account# and documents emailed to us); subject to a $40.00 administration fee.

Payment Options

  • We accept Debit, Credit (Visa & MasterCard), QuickBooks Payments, Square Payments, Stripe payments & PayPal.
  • Payment is due at order completion and before pick-up or shipping.
  • Deposits are collected on all custom work (50%) during approval process

Can I cancel my order?

  • Cancelling before production begins – $65.00 admin fee.
  • Cancelling after production begins all time & materials must be paid for + $65 admin fee

Warranty

  • In the case of a custom built frame we will fix any issues with the frame once we have received the original piece and confirmed the flaw is due to our workmanship. Repairs can be done in person for local customers, or we can source a local framer for our clients at distance. We must be notified within 24 hours of the client receiving the frame in order to honour any and all of the above.
  • Moulding is not warranted after 30 days from invoice date – if you require further information regarding this please email us at: support@framedbydesign.com *This does not include damages caused during shipping. In this case, please refer to our shipping policy.

Social Media Advertising

  • “PERSONAL FRAME IMAGES MAY BE USED FOR PROMOTION ON OUR SITE AND OR SOCIAL MEDIAL OUTLETS UNLESS A WRITTEN (EMAIL) REQUEST IS RECEIVED TO NOT POST IMAGES”
